In our state-of-the-art injection molding production at ako, we focus on innovation, precision and efficiency in order to manufacture first-class products for our customers.

With a large machine park of 60 injection molding machines, which are operated in 3 shifts, we reliably cover our customers' requirements.

Our machinery includes a large number of modern, energy-efficient machines equipped with electric drives. Many of these machines are equipped with robots, which enable efficient and precise production. By integrating camera monitoring systems, we ensure the quality and safety of our parts in the commercial vehicle, sanitary and automotive sectors.

But the best machines are worth nothing without the people who operate them. We are therefore particularly proud of the expertise of our workforce!

We are able to produce parts weighing from 0.1g up to 7 kg, with a maximum clamping force of up to 2,000 tons.
