In our state-of-the-art injection molding production at ako, we rely on innovation, precision and efficiency to produce first-class products for our customers.

With a large machine park of 60 injection molding machines, which is operated in three shifts, we reliably cover the needs of our customers.

Our machine park includes a variety of modern, energy-efficient machines that are equipped with electric drives. Many of these machines are equipped with removal robots that enable efficient and precise production. By integrating camera surveillance systems, we ensure the quality and safety of our parts in the commercial vehicle, sanitary and automotive sectors.

But the best machines are worthless without the people who operate them. We are therefore particularly proud of the expertise of our workforce!



We are able to produce parts weighing from 0.1g up to 7kg, with a maximum clamping force of up to 2,000 tonnes.
